2004 Fleetwood CARAVAN Series 25FQ - 27' - Price: 5000.00 in Fort Wayne, Indiana

i have a xxxx 28' micro lite by Fleetwood for sale. it is currently located at Bozarts campground near Salamonie. the camper is in great shape with microwave, flat screen TV, DVD player, built in stereo, amplified TV antenna, Hot water heater, stove, oven, and fridge work excellent. has central air that blows very cold, Queen bed with the table dropping down to make another 2 person bed and then the  love seat folds down as well to let 2 small people sleep. only thing wrong with camper is the roll out awning canvas needs replaced and i have the replacement, just haven't had time to replace it. all 4 tires were new 2 years ago and have been covered with tire covers to protect them from rot. It has torsion and anti sway bars for the witch. a 12 volt deep cycle battery for lighting back up. if the camper stays at Bozarts there is a xxxx a year fee to keep it there. if the camper stay there i will also include the 8x10 shed that is there as well. you can barley fit a golf cart through the door and has some camping items in it as well as a 2 year old electric lawn mower. I really enjoyed the place that's why it has been there for 2 years. we are moving to Florida when i come home for R&R in August. so need to downsize. the camper was just looked at at the end of season and the company that did the winterizing said it was worth approx. $xxxx however, I need to sell it so will let go for $xxxx firm. clear title that my wife has in hand. I'm not gonna drop the price as I'm already letting it go cheap so don't try it
